Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. January 2027 or by agreement with our care team for the health center for the old Entlisberg, nursing accommodation group Lienihof?
Tasks
- They are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adapting the care process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other levels of competence.
- They shape everyday life in a family-like framework, together with the residents, where joint cooking and households are just as much a part of it as the design of leisure time.
- You are actively and enthusiastically involved in the further development of the nursing offer on your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and shaping the broad scope for action.
- They advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
- They take on day-to-day responsibility in the department and support both learners and students of different educations in the health and social sector in the development of their competences.
Profile
- Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as customer-oriented communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience

The health center for the old Entlisberg in Wollishofen in district 2 combines various care and care offers under one roof and is characterized by many years of experience in the age medicine. The associated caregiving group Lienihof offers accommodation for eleven elderly people with gerontopsychiatric diseases and sometimes somatic concomitant diseases. Attentive care and care, diverse therapy offers and a comfortable atmosphere characterize the health center.
