- Inpatient psychiatric care for patients aged 25 - 65 years
- Reference work in the interprofessional team with the inclusion of nursing diagnostics
- Planning, implementation and management of group therapies and family meetings
- Assumption of organizational tasks in the interprofessional team
- Integrative work in the interprofessional treatment team and implementation of advanced treatment concepts
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatric care, beneficial acute psychiatric and psychotherapeutic experience, with a pronounced empowerment- and recovery-oriented basic attitude
- Experience in leadership of group therapies and psychoeducation desired
- High professional and self-competence with good communicative skills in word and writing
- Balance, solution-oriented and inclusive action and enforcement and resilience
- Nursing diploma HF or an SRK for foreign diplomas - Recognition You can expect
