The Park C ward offers support and help in mental crises to adults between the ages of 18 and 60. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieutherapeutic effective factors.

Your tasks Your core tasks include the individual, professional care and support of patients, as a caregiver. You will use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, actively shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient yourself in your way of working to the ward concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary cooperation offers our patients the best possible treatment success. Group management is one of the

• tasks, as well as the interdisciplinary coordination of treatment. They work closely with the social service and strive for suitable aftercare at an early stage. They offer professional crisis management and enjoy supporting patients in their recovery process.

Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and have an interest in the psychiatric field. Enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and understand adults from the age of 18 in their specific problem management. You work with the caregiver system, know the different methods of nursing treatment and support. You are oriented towards recovery and are interested in the further development of the concept and the services offered by the ward. A high-quality offer is very important to you.
