Full description
The School Psychology Service is a counselling service for students, their parents and teachers as well as for school management and school authorities.
As of 01. December 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality for a limited period of one year.
Tasks
- Correspondence, file management and appointment arrangements for school psychologists
- Contact with parents, students, teachers and authorities
- Reception, provision of information and appointment coordination
- General secretarial tasks
Profile
- Commercial education
- Empathy and skill in dealing with children, adolescents and parents of different linguistic and cultural origins
- Resilience, reliability and teamwork
- Good PC knowledge (MS-Office) and willingness to familiarize yourself with new programs
- Independent work, flexibility and organizational talent
- Stylistic German, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
