To support the DRG rejection management, we are looking for a committed personality for document management. Tasks

• You are the contact point for inquiries from insurance companies and other external agencies, check the facts in-house and initiate the necessary clarifications with the coders, the participating stations and medical teams.
• You are responsible for sending billing-relevant documents to insurance companies, authorities and internal bodies
• You support and accompany internal and external coding audits and prepare audit-relevant data and documents

Profile

• You have a completed medical, nursing or commercial basic education or bring experience in a comparable function. An understanding of medical connections is required
• You value stable, recurring work processes and keep an overview even in the event of a high workload
• You distinguish yourself through a quick comprehension and an exact, persistent working method and perform your tasks efficiently, independently, and independently
• You are IT-affine and quickly find your way around in new applications
