In our dedicated property management team, you take on a responsible role in the management of our non-governmental properties. You have the opportunity to contribute your own impulses and to actively shape the digitalization of our management processes. As of January 1, 2027, we will take over a new portfolio. You accompany their takeover from the beginning and have the opportunity to actively contribute your experience and your ideas to the management. Their tasks

• You are responsible for the management of your real estate portfolio and ensure professional support for the various properties.
• They coordinate and organize intermediate uses and accompany them from planning to implementation.
• They create analyses and reporting for ownership and other internal bodies.
• You accompany structural measures and renovations in your portfolio from the point of view of real estate management.
• They assess rental rates and determine the corresponding rental conditions.
• They create billings, for example for the additional costs. Your profile
• You have a degree as a real estate manager with a federal certificate and have several years of professional experience in real estate management.
• They like to take on responsibility, work independently and are a reliable contact person for different stakeholders.
• They are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and communicate stylishly in German.
• You are digitally affine and experienced in dealing with MS Office
• Experience with REM or Garaio REM is beneficial.
• They bring openness to new topics and enjoy getting involved in a versatile environment.
