Canton of Zurich Education Directorate BI - General Secretariat Human Resources / IT Project Manager/in 80 - 100% In the General Secretariat of the Education Directorate, we are looking for an HR/IT project manager with a workload of 80%-100%. You actively shape the digital transformation of our HR system landscape and play a central role in the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors. As a project manager or project manager for the Education Directorate, you accompany the introduction and further development of the system and support HR employees in an advisory and supportive manner. In your staff position, you are directly subordinated to the co-management HR-Services (HRS). In addition to the introduction and further development of the new HR system landscape, you will support the HRS team and the department in further HR projects. You actively participate in the further development and standardization of HR processes, manage the personal homepage and process the incoming tickets in the ServiceNow. You solve inquiries independently or coordinate their forwarding to the competent authorities. Depending on the task, you assume responsibility for projects and sub-projects or contribute to their implementation. They keep an overview, coordinate the various activities and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved early and appropriately. As a competent contact person, you will process internal and external requests, present results and moderate sessions and workshops. In addition, you will develop concepts and contribute your expertise to internal departmental questions and orders.

• For this versatile function, we are looking for a committed personality with experience at the interface between IT and HR. You have already worked with SAP SuccessFactors or accompanied a corresponding introduction and have training in project management. We require experience in public administration. They like to communicate and have strong interpersonal skills. At the same time, you are characterized by implementation strength and assertiveness. With your enthusiastic, initiativeal and committed nature, you succeed in attracting others to new topics and actively shaping changes. A strong service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you. They enjoy working in a team, taking on responsibility and meeting changes openly, flexibly and solution-oriented. In addition, you have strong conceptual and analytical skills and understand how to grasp complex relationships, develop innovative ideas and successfully put them into practice together with others.
