Main responsibilities

  • Precisione, senso di responsabilità, discrezione, capacità di lavorare in autonomia nel rispetto delle tempistiche, buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in gruppo.

Key requirements

  • AFC e Certificato di Assistente delle risorse umane.
  • Minimo 2 anni di esperienza nella funzione, inclusa l’elaborazione di payroll svizzero.
  • Conoscenze applicate ed operative della legislazione svizzera in diritto del lavoro e assicurazioni sociali.
  • Italiano madrelingua o livello C1; idealmente un’altra lingua nazionale o inglese (livello B2).
  • Buone competenze informatiche (pacchetto Office) e dei programmi gestionali in ambito RU (Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics).
