• They are the contact person and sparring partner for around 100 employees and line managers in all topics of the HR Life Cycle (including personnel administration, without payroll).
• Together with us, you will continue to develop our HR services.
• You are in exchange with colleagues from all directorates in exciting HR topics and projects. Your profile
• They have the Federal Professional ID HR-Fachfrau/-mann (Fachweise A) and corresponding professional experience, ideally in a similar function.
• Your German is stylish in word and writing.
• Dealing with HR-IT systems is easy for you. You have already worked with SAP or are ready to get involved quickly.
• They get to work, are down-to-earth and balanced. You can also deal with more labor-intensive phases and time pressures while setting the right priorities.
• You do your tasks responsibly and reliably.
