Role overview
Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopaedic clinics in Switzerland with an affiliated centre for paraplegia and international recognition.
The central department Controlling is responsible for the hospital-wide MIS and ensures business instruments and processes for planning, control and analysis for all management levels.
In order to complement our motivated controlling team, we search for an agreement in the interface between finance and human resources.

- Ensuring solid master data quality as well as coordination and integration of various data sources for a uniform, reliable control basis and reporting
- Active participation in the establishment and implementation of a decision-relevant HR indicator system and corresponding evaluation and reporting tools
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring solid master data quality as well as coordination and integration of various data sources for a uniform, reliable control basis and reporting
- Active participation in the establishment and implementation of a decision-relevant HR indicator system and corresponding evaluation and reporting tools
- Further development and professionalization of HR controlling instruments and processes
- Planning, coordination and consolidation of the personnel cost budget including coordination with the business unit managers and the hospital management
- Creation of internal and external reports, statistics and target/actual analyses for various stakeholders
- Creation of data-based trends of various key management figures (personnel costs, fluctuation, absences, etc.) as well as derivation of recommendations for action appropriate to the addressee
- Management and monitoring of budget targets in close cooperation with the HR department
- Participation in monthly / annual financial statement processes by processing and plausibility checking HR and wage-related data in coordination with the HR & finance department
- Participation in projects and assumption of further tasks in the field of controlling Requirements
- Tertiary degree (HF, FH, university) in business administration or an adequate qualification
