- Vous justifiez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans la conduite d'équipes ainsi que d'une solide expérience professionnelle dans le conseil RH, idéalement au sein d'une grande entreprise.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances en droit du travail ainsi qu'une expérience en gestion du changement et en gestion de projet.
- L'allemand est votre langue maternelle.
- Vous maîtrisez également l'italien de manière courante (niveau C1).
- De bonnes connaissances de français constituent un atout.
- Actifs dans l'ensemble de la Suisse, vous appréciez la collaboration dans un environnement multilingue et savez adapter votre communication à vos interlocuteurs aux profils variés.
