Company and context
- The HR department accompanies the organization on this path and supports from entry to development, assessment and rewarding up to exit.
- To complement our team, we are looking for an HR consultant by August or by agreement and for a limited period until the end of June 2027. Your tasks
- Advising executives: You advise employees in leadership roles on employment law, personnel and organizational issues and support well-founded decisions
- Assisting employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle : You are the contact person for complex HR topics and, in addition to consulting tasks together with the employees in leadership roles, you also take on administrative activities such as the selection of applicant dossiers, the organization and implementation of interviews, wage calculations or the creation of employment and intermediate certificates
- Design & optimization : You are actively involved in the further development of HR processes and contribute your knowledge and experience to exciting projects.
- Completed training as an HR specialist or a comparable further education
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with in-depth competences in HR management and labour law
- Pleasure in working in the asylum system, a very dynamic and intercultural environment
- Pleasure in agile working methods and complex organizational change processes Very good knowledge of German, French and English
- Trustworthy, reliable, flexible and resilient personality who likes to take responsibility
