Canton of Zurich Education Directorate Secondary School and Vocational Education Office HR Business Partner /in 60 - 80% EMPATHISCH AND SERVICE ORIGINATED The Secondary School and Vocational Education Office is the competence and service center for vocational training, high schools, higher vocational training and further education in the Canton of Zurich. We support and supervise the secondary schools, the vocational colleges, the providers of vocational preparation years and the teaching companies. For our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who convinces as a maternity representative with consulting competence, pronounced closeness to the company and pleasure in the operational HR work. The position shall be filled immediately and shall be limited in time until 30 September 2027. In this function, you advise and accompany managers and employees of the secondary school and vocational training office holistically along the Employee Lifecycle. They advise and support supervisors and employees in all personnel-relevant topics and conduct recruitment interviews as well as development and conflict talks. They support the implementation of the personnel development strategy to ensure that employees can optimally develop and develop their potential.
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function and move safely in a complex organizational environment. Ideally, you know the
- Requirements and processes of public administration and have a good understanding of the peculiarities of a politically shaped environment. They have a recognised higher degree in HR education, have in-depth knowledge of employment law as well as a strong understanding of organizational contexts and governance issues and have several years of experience in advising and supporting managers in demanding personnel topics. In addition, you are characterized by high communication competence, consulting security and a stylish appearance. Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors and Swiss+ is an advantage.
