Tasks

• Strategic and operational advice for managers in all personnel-relevant issues
• Supervision of the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contract conclusion
• Assistance of employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary and separation talks
• Co-design and further development of modern HR processes, instruments and systems
• Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes
• Planning and implementation of training, workshops and employee events
• Cooperation in cross-sectoral projects and support for new openings
• Plannable travel activities (decentralised HR organisation)

Requirements

• HR training completed (e.g. HR certificate or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
• High digital and data affinity, secure handling of HR tools
• Strong consulting competence and sovereign attitude towards managers and employees
• Proactive, independent and flexible personality with high social competence
