- You act as a partner and contact person for all HR questions of the people assigned to you.
- They accompany and advise supervisors and employees on the most important HR processes in the employee’s life cycle.
- They play an important role in dealing with conflicts and accompanying changes, in the development of employees and in the planning of young talent.
- They carry out location determinations of the teams and propose improvement measures with the support of the head of HR Business Partner.
- They ensure the education and training of cadre staff and develop them further.
- They handle employment law cases.
- They accompany those responsible in the procedures for the management of absences, recruitment and dismissal and in the handling of complex cases.
- They participate in various projects for the Directorate of Personnel. Profile
