- Support the entire administrative staff cycle – from entry to exit, including all formalities
- Be the SAP professional – maintain the employee master files and manage digital personal files

Main responsibilities
- Support the entire administrative staff cycle – from entry to exit, including all formalities
- Be the SAP professional – maintain the employee master files and manage digital personal files
- Be the contact point – give employees customer-oriented and competent information on administrative issues
- Take responsibility for the creation of meaningful certificates and confirmations – from intermediate to final certificates
- Wirke with - at various additional tasks such as the HR culture group Profile:
- Multiannual professional experience in HR and/or in public law
- Continuing training on the personnel assistant Flexible, sliding working hours, home office as well as a generous maternity leave and levels of employment adapted to different situations of life – this is all possible at the KSW if it permits the operation;
- Every year, the KSW offers 40 overtime and 50 professional training courses.
- We also support you in external developments in time and/or financial terms;
- In exceptional situations, e.g. longer illness, strong personal burden or difficult experiences in the private and in the everyday professional life, you have various conversation offers available.
