Your roles with us
You work from now on or by appointment at 40% on three days, at 50% on four days per week as a hoarding manager or specialist care with us.
The amount is managed during 39 school weeks (yearly working hours). During the school holidays the care remains closed. Detailed information on the working days can be discussed during a personal conversation with the management.
Tasks
- You accompany up to 140 young people during lunchtime and in non-teaching phases
- You design creative, varied leisure activities
- You are jointly responsible for the organisation of the BeFrei offers (voluntary leisure courses for students.
- You are actively involved in school island
- You support young people in school and personal topics (e.g. homework, job search)
- You are engaged in the break Kkiosk
- You take on organizational, administrative and household tasks
- You get involved in school development
- You seem to be at school events
Profile
- Experience in working with young people or motivation to work in this field
- Joy of working in school and social environments
- Team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
- A solution-oriented and reflected approach
- Flexibility, initiative and resilience
- As a supervisor you have a diploma in: Sozialpädagogik FH/HF, Sozialer Arbeit FH/HF, Kinderziehung HF or equivalent recognised training
- As a specialist, you have a professional degree as: Professional care EFZ, specialist care or equivalent recognised training (small child educator, social scientist)

The Herzogenmühle Day School is a quiMS-Se kundar school in Zurich-Schwamendingen. It currently leads fourteen classes in two separate departments A and B and the school social work complements the school offer. The pupils come from very different cultures and social strata. One focus of the school Herzogenmühle is the competence-oriented teaching of work and learning strategies.
