• Support and maintenance of our clients
• Initiation of care measures and their evaluation in cooperation with case responsible persons
• Maintaining care documentation and recording services
• Participation in the implementation of quality standards and care development

Your profile

• Degree as a specialist health EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience
• Flexibility for evening work
• Self-employed and self-responsible working methods
• Practical handling of computer programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)
• With the Velo mobile and in possession of a driving license
