Application process

- Lead and coach a remotely distributed team of three social media specialists, fostering a strategic approach to social marketing, a consultancy mindset, accountability, and effective delegation.
- Own the end‑to‑end social marketing strategy across paid and organic activities, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Establish and continuously improve workflows and templates to ensure scalability, quality, and efficiency across remote collaboration.
- Act as the accountable owner for social marketing outcomes, translating goals into KPIs and measurable performance; includes leading crisis management across social channels when applicable.
- Act as a proactive strategic partner to internal stakeholders and propose solutions in resource‑constrained environments. What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience leading remote or virtual social media teams, with strong online leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
Company and context
- Strong process and transformation mindset, with experience building scalable ways of working in complex organizations; fluent English is required, German language skills are highly preferred but not mandatory.
