• Personnel management organisational unit personnel and technical management
• Manage the holdings as well as the cadre selection and the suggestion system of schools, courses, training courses and formations of the army
• Coordinate cooperation with cantonal military administrations, commanders of the major associations and civil-military training partners
• Ensure the implementation of the Personal Security Examination (PSP) for members of the Army of all degrees
• Develop complex decision-making bases for the Chief Personnel of the Army (Pers A)
• Graduate degree (Executive Master in Business Administration)
• Experienced personality with confident appearance, negotiating skills and a sense of complex relationships
• Leadership skills combined with high social skills and assertiveness
• General Staff training of the Swiss army is advantageous
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
