- Coordinate cooperation with cantonal military administrations, commanders of the major associations and civil-military training partners
- Ensure the implementation of the Personal Security Examination (PSP) for members of the Army of all degrees
- Develop complex decision-making bases for the Chief Personnel of the Army (Pers A)
- Graduate degree (Executive Master in Business Administration)
- Experienced personality with confident appearance, negotiating skills and a sense of complex relationships
- Leadership skills combined with high social skills and assertiveness
- General Staff training of the Swiss army is advantageous
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
