- Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in MT work: installation of MT cells, installation and connection of MT lines, installation of MT/BT transformers and associated equipment.

- Actively participate in MT work: installation of MT cells, installation and connection of MT lines, installation of MT/BT transformers and associated equipment.
- Manage, motivate and allocate tasks within your team while ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Adapt the interventions to the constraints of the field and verify the availability, condition and proper use of the specialized MT equipment.
- Control the conformity of electrical installations, optimize the use of materials and maintain a clean and secure working environment.
- Strictly enforce safety rules, verify PPE, identify risks and immediately stop work in case of danger.
- Carry out the surveys, document key information and trace needs and gaps to the construction manager.
- Train, support and evaluate employees, while ensuring the quality of the work and the timeliness. Profile:
- Network electrician CFC, electrician installer or equivalent training recognised.
- Confirmed practical experience (5 years) in medium voltage installations (cells, transformers, lines, wiring).
