Role overview

For the VOI management team, we are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented leader.

In franchise partner management, you accompany our partners from evaluation to successful operational cooperation and actively contribute to the further development of the Migros supermarket as part of the Supermarket Directorate.

Main responsibilities

  • Holistic support and empowerment of franchise partners with focus on opening phase and early years of operation Ensuring system and quality standards Strategic management of the network
  • Product and loss responsibility as well as investment planning Expansion and conversions Communication and interface work
  • Strategic development of the VOI concept within the given guidelines Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in the required area: as well as several years of management experience
  • Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in economics or equivalent
  • In-depth experience in supporting partners in the franchise system or branched retail businesses
  • Very good market knowledge of the national retail industry
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a high level of performance skills as well as negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Strong entrepreneurial and networked thinking and acting
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in project management
