As a university clinic, we combine clinical expertise with research and teaching – in a working environment characterized by interdisciplinary cooperation, trust and personal responsibility. 100% The Infrastructure and Technology department is responsible for construction projects, the maintenance and maintenance of operational facilities and buildings as well as the nursery with outdoor facilities. The Zurich Technical and Maintenance department ensures the safe operation of our 25 locations for patients and employees 365 days for 24 hours. - Personnel and technical management of Zurich Technical and Maintenance staff
- Establishment, management and further development of the Zurich Technical and Maintenance department (electrical workshop, HLKS workshop, painting, carpentry and external properties) taking into account the framework conditions of the strategy and organizational development of the PUK as well as the operational requirements in the psychiatric hospital operation
- Organizing and performing piquette inserts
- Support, maintenance and mutations of the alarm system
- Cooperation and management of projects
- Deputy Head of Object Management/Technology
Your profile
- Basic technical or craftsmanship training as an electrical installer with EFZ, Eidg. Dipl. Electrical installer, workshop manager or HF technical specialist
- Excellent knowledge of ICT users and excellent knowledge of German
- Independent and responsible acting personality with self-confidence and decision-making ability
- High communication and cooperation skills as well as strong social skills and balanced criticism and self-reflection
- Strong leadership skills with high empathy and tolerance in diverse teams
- Experience in projects and budgeting
