For our Tertianum Residenz Zürich Enge we are looking for an
Head of Technical Service 100%
Their tasks
- Control, monitoring and maintenance of installations and building equipment
- Implementation of necessary infrastructure repairs and renovations
- Condition analysis, planning, repairs/replacement of infrastructure, support of conversions
- Coordination of third-party operations in maintenance and repair work
- Responsibility for purchasing goods, controlling and quality management in the area
- Energy monitoring and optimisation
- Miscellaneous maintenance, cleaning and environmental work
- Responsibility for waste management
- Support in the area of SiBe occupational safety/health protection, fire protection
- Leadership and project management experience in technical building management and handling of larger projects
- Team leadership
- Cooperation with other Tertianum companies
Your profile
- Training as a specialist EFZ or comparable training
- Mind. 2 years of professional experience
- Further education e.g. FA Maintenance, house maintenance, or similar requested
- EKAS/SIBE knowledge and good computer skills (IT/telephony/care)
- Organisational talent
- Readiness for missions at the weekend
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
