Bring with you
- Degree in social work (FH/HF), nursing or comparable education, further education in case management and leadership
- Several years of experience in managing a social service or case management, ideally in the acute hospital
- Well-founded experience in psychosocial counselling and support of patients as well as in complex social work and social insurance issues
- In-depth knowledge of the social security system and the regional supply landscape
- Experience in organizational development and change projects
- Strong network and interface thinking and negotiating skills
