HEAD OF RAILWAY CIVIL ENGINEERING & ROAD CONSTRUCTION 80-100% – ZURICH
YOUR TASKS
- Operational and technical management of the Railway Civil Engineering & Road Construction Market Service Area
- Personnel responsibility for several, well-rehearsed departments and teams with around 75 employees.
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships, acquisition responsibility within the portfolio and active further development of the Market Service Area.
- Further development and support of a location in Poland (or in the vicinity of other countries)
- Project management and collaboration in challenging and forward-looking projects
- Representation in relevant expert committees and associations

YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in the field of railway construction and/or national road construction
- They have a strategic mindset and are able to quickly grasp complex situations, make difficult decisions and identify business opportunities within and outside their own functional area.
- Many years of experience in project management in railway and/or road infrastructure projects, supplemented by management responsibility
- Established network in the industry as well as valued personality among customers and partners
- Professional appearance as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership and communication skills for the dedicated management of a larger department
- Fluent in German and good English (oral and written)
