In this key position, you actively shape the future of ground-based air defense and at the same time create the basis for professional, future-oriented product management.
With a great deal of room for manoeuvre, you will further develop structures, processes and methods and gradually assume strategic responsibility for the further development of our Air Defence portfolio.
You will work closely with management as well as central internal and external stakeholders and report directly to the Senior Vice President Strategy & Program Management of the Air Defence Division. Your tasks in detail:

- Further development of an efficient product management organization as well as development of suitable structures, processes, methods and tools
- Establishing systematic product life cycle management and continuous evaluation of product performance in the market
- Development of product and technology roadmaps and synchronization with relevant stakeholders
- Definition of product platforms and introduction of variant management
- Analysis of market, technology, threat and customer developments
- Strategic development and targeted expansion of the Air Defence portfolio as well as successive assumption of overall responsibility for portfolio development
- Identification and evaluation of new products, technologies and business areas including development, cooperation and make-or-buy options
- Support for strategic customer and sales activities
- Leadership and further development of the product management team and promotion of an effective and entrepreneurial cooperation
