Your tasks
- Leadership and development of a dedicated 8-member team
- Responsibility for performance measurement and revenue processes
- Support for subject areas in performance measurement issues
- Optimization of processes as well as ensuring quality and compliance
- Advice and training of ambulatory tariff departments
- Parameterization and system maintenance of Hospis PATng and IBI-care
- Participation in projects and introduction of new tariffs and services
- Data analysis as well as close cooperation within the financial directorate (controlling, financial accounting)
- Professional exchange with external partners, associations and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Health or business education or training
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss health care system, ideally in the hospital
- In-depth knowledge of TARDOC, ambulatory packages, paramedical services, TARMED, SwissDRG, ST Reha and TARPSY
- Leadership experience and strong social and communication skills
- Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Achievement, initiative and solution-oriented working methods
- Good IT user knowledge
- Ideally experience with Hospis/NEXUS, IBI-care/IBITECH and Phoenix/CGM
