Tasks

  • Responsibility for the total cantonal processing of wages for around 11,000 employees including monthly and annual accounts as well as the control processes relevant to wage and social security
  • Personnel, technical and organizational leadership of the four-member team as well as continuous development of the department
  • Strategic development of the wage and social security sector as well as SAP HCM
  • Advice and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management and cooperation in cantonal projects as well as implementation of legal, organisational and technical innovations
  • Ensuring compliance, quality and process responsibility as well as continuous optimization of specialist processes

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training with higher education in HR, wage or social security
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in the field of wage and social insurance, ideally in a complex organization
  • Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as high IT affinity and interest in digitalization and process optimization
  • Experience in managing and implementing projects as well as in the further development of processes and systems
