- Responsibility for the total cantonal processing of wages for around 11,000 employees including monthly and annual accounts as well as the control processes relevant to wage and social security
- Personnel, technical and organizational leadership of the four-member team as well as continuous development of the department
- Strategic development of the wage and social security sector as well as SAP HCM
- Advice and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Management and cooperation in cantonal projects as well as implementation of legal, organisational and technical innovations
- Ensuring compliance, quality and process responsibility as well as continuous optimization of specialist processes
Requirements
- Basic commercial training with higher education in HR, wage or social security
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in the field of wage and social insurance, ideally in a complex organization
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as high IT affinity and interest in digitalization and process optimization
- Experience in managing and implementing projects as well as in the further development of processes and systems
