Main responsibilities

- Develop KPI and performance management systems and create transparency for informed decisions
- You lead cross-divisional transformation and improvement programs including governance and goal achievement
- You will lead a team of 4 employees and develop skills in lean, operational excellence and data-based work Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience: as well as well-founded practice in lean and project management and in transformation projects within the process industry.
- Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in supply chain management, engineering or comparable, ideally supplemented by Lean Six Sigma or project management
- Strong personality with high communication skills and impact at different hierarchical levels
- Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation and change
- High affinity for key figures, digitalization and performance management in German (negotiation certain) English (flowing) Cosa of Friamo
