- Develop and implement a continuous IT (Cyber) Security strategy
- Lead and guide the IT security team, prioritizing projects and people management
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement a continuous IT (Cyber) Security strategy
- Lead and guide the IT security team, prioritizing projects and people management
- Ensure smooth operations and zero downtime for IT security solutions
- Define and maintain the project portfolio for all IT security-related initiatives
Application process
- Oversee technical requirements, architecture, and standards for security applications and infrastructure
- Monitor compliance, conduct security inspections, and manage contracts with external partners
- Prepare and manage budgets, with full HR responsibility for your team
- Use agile and classic project management methodologies
