Role overview

Your Mission

The Real Estate Directorate is piloting the beneficiary accommodation strategy and the deployment of the institution's administrative premises.

It optimizes the management of its housing stock and also manages, on a mandate, the assets of several private foundations.

Main responsibilities

  • You build and implement the institutional governance of human security and fire by defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes and governing bodies;
  • You are developing the institutional security strategy and the roadmap for its progressive deployment;
  • You define the benchmarks, standards, procedures and action plans that ensure a harmonised approach across all sites;
  • You develop steering tools, dashboards and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the device and support decision-making;
  • You ensure a permanent regulatory watch and ensure that the devices comply with the cantonal requirements and standards in force;
  • You are developing, piloting and monitoring the security budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving the stated objectives;
  • You identify investment priorities, propose the necessary arbitrations and ensure financial monitoring of security-related projects and services. Management and coordination
  • You ensure the management of a team of about fifteen collaborators specialized in the fields of human safety and fire;
  • You support the development of skills, encourage the engagement of teams and create a culture of responsibility, prevention and performance;
  • You mobilize and accompany the teams in order to develop a common culture of security and strengthen cross-cutting between the various sites;

Key requirements

  • You have a university degree in safety or an engineering degree in HES/EPF, supplemented by an AEAI Federal Certificate of Fire Protection Specialist, or you have experience and training that has enabled you to achieve an equivalent level of expertise;
