Tasks
They take over ad interim the professional, personnel and organizational management of the department of housekeeping (including laundry) with about 20 employees. They ensure compliance with quality and hygiene regulations, ensure proper disposal of materials and coordinate this with external service providers for our off-site location in the city of Zurich. They are also responsible for the procurement of cleaning machines, textiles and consumables as well as for the furnishing of office and patient room furniture including their design and ergonomic furnishing. In addition, they support larger and self-responsible smaller renovation, construction and modernization projects. The housekeeping office, led by its deputy, is the main point of contact for patient concerns regarding infrastructure, food ordering for the weekend, laundry cycle and game rental. They ensure customer-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation with the other areas of the clinic, develop suggestions for optimization and participate in projects and change processes.
Requirements
You are the head of the hotel industry with Eidg. Professional card or equivalence. They have several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable function and quickly find their way into a new situation. High willingness to provide services and customers as well as willingness to change, business management and solution-oriented thinking as well as structured and organized working methods characterize your working method. They have the ability to inspire and motivate employees as well as to challenge and promote them in their professional and personal development.
