HEAD OF OVERALL PLANNING 80-100% - ZURICH
YOUR TASKS
- Operational and technical management of the Overall Planning Department
- Personnel responsibility for two well-rehearsed teams with around 13 employees
- Implementation of the strategy for general planning in Switzerland in terms of costs, quality and project objectives and close cooperation with other locations
- Responsibility for project acquisition in the area of overall planning German-speaking Switzerland incl. development and maintenance of a customer and partner network
- Overall management of building and industrial construction projects across all SIA phases
- Representation in relevant expert committees and associationsN

YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Architect ETH/FH, Engineer ETH/FH or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a general manager in building construction in the Swiss market environment
- Enjoyment of the further development of the division and the employees
- Network in the market, valued personality among customers and partners
- Negotiation skills with authorities, specialist planners and clients
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Fluent in German (oral and written) and good English skills (oral and written)
- Leadership and communication skills for the dedicated management of a larger department
