- You manage the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined corporate and market performance processes
- You promote and develop employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ)
Main responsibilities
- You manage the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined corporate and market performance processes
- You promote and develop employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ)
- You ensure compliance with internal and statutory QS and ASIB guidelines as well as the implementation of internal regulations and instructions
- You maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, the market and MCM
- You build a network of relationships with our customers
- You are responsible for the daily sales readiness and presentation of goods, the implementation of sales activities in accordance with annual sales planning and ensuring the availability of goods. Requirements
- You already have management experience and have several years of experience in a comparable function You enjoy active customer contact You are well versed in the MS Office range You are enthusiastic about new challenges You speak perfect German
