For health care, we are looking for a head of claims who is responsible for the areas of service processing, service purchasing (via external partners) and legal services (VVG) and who, on the one hand, understands how to focus on customer needs, but on the other hand does not lose sight of the business consequences and regulatory requirements. For this exciting and versatile role, we are looking for a dynamic, resilient and motivated personality who shows initiative and enjoys taking on and shaping responsibility. As Head of Claims, you are a member of the Health Board

• You are responsible for the expansion, further development and management of the claims division (approx. 26 FTE) as well as ensuring efficient and smooth processing of operational business (outpatient and inpatient) with a focus on quality, stability and therefore customer satisfaction
• You continuously develop the areas of service purchasing and service processing, actively work on upcoming product developments and are particularly responsible for the implementation and compliance with the regulatory requirements in the area of additional services and Third-party management
• As Business Owner Claims, you take responsibility for the technical development and promotion of automation in the inpatient and outpatient area together with the Product Delivery & Technology area
• You understand how to take various stakeholder groups (e.g. sales, insurance technology, product management, customer service) within AXA and their needs seriously and reconcile them
• You focus on the needs of our customers and use customer feedback to constantly optimize and maintain processes and structures always keeping the economic and regulatory requirements in mind.
• You enable employees to think and act independently and entrepreneurially. You actively develop the culture as a central element of success.
• As a member of the Health Board, you think outside the box of claims and actively shape the future of our rapidly growing business area. Your skills and talents.
• You have a specialist/university degree with further training in the health insurance environment and many years of professional experience, especially in the area of claims/services of a health insurance company, as well as in the purchasing of services and in the area of additional services.
• You have several years of management experience and You know how to further develop a diverse team in terms of content and culture
• You also want to be part of the implementation "hands-on" and consciously go into depth on certain topics if the situation requires it
• You want to actively shape the future and not simply manage it
• as part of the management team of the fastest-growing supplementary insurance in Switzerland
• You have very good knowledge of German, knowledge of a second national language is a great advantage (especially French)
• You are empathetic, open, courageous, committed, Strong in communication and socially competent
