Company and context
- As part of the departure of the incumbent of the position and the evolution of the organization of the Care Directorate, led by the arrival of a new Director of Nursing, we are looking for a Chief Nurse to coordinate care units in order to accompany this new dynamic.
- What will you do?
- Piloting and optimizing the organization of care activities in collaboration with managers to ensure efficient, safe and quality care for our patients
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing on the strategic development of the department, as well as on the promotion and deployment of health care activities in accordance with institutional policy, and provide for their replacement in case of absence
- Promoting a managerial culture based on trust, participation and respect, by promoting the autonomy and accountability of managers and care teams (149 EFA)
- To support the development of the professional skills of employees, by defining the lines and training plans necessary to achieve the objectives
- Contribute to the department's budget management (EFP, medical equipment, equipment) and risk and quality management through institutional dashboards
- Carrying out and implementing the projects that will meet the challenges of today and tomorrow, as a real engine for continuous improvement of care
