Role overview
In this responsible management function, you guide the purchase of the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur and, together with your team, ensure an economical, legally secure and reliable procurement for a modern centre hospital.
You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of the purchase, guide your team professionally and personnelly, ensuring professional procurement processes, a high quality of service compared to the departments, and effective cooperation with internal and external partners.
A special focus is on the further development of the purchasing processes, the safe operation and the optimization of the ERP and P2P systems used and the correct implementation of the requirements of public procurement law.

Key requirements
- You have completed higher education and/or training in business, purchasing, supply chain management, economic law or a comparable area
- You bring multi-year leadership experience in purchasing, ideally in a complex service, health or public law environment
- You have profound knowledge in modern purchasing processes, supplier, contract and product group management;
- Experience with public procurement is a clear advantage
- You have very good ERP knowledge and experience with P2P solutions;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Jaggaer are beneficial
- You understand the requirements for service-oriented shopping and support specialist areas competent, pragmatic and solution-oriented
