Main responsibilities
- Technical and personnel management of the kitchen team
- Ensuring efficient service and optimal teamwork
- Development and planning of the food & beverage offer in close coordination with the management and the responsible departments
- Compliance and control of the operational hygiene and quality standards
- Calculation of recipes, daily dishes and menus to ensure profitability
- Organisation of purchase and sale as well as compliance with the cost of goods
- Creation of day-specificities, planning and implementation of events and banquets
- Support, promotion and leadership of employees Requirements
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel industry
- Long-term experience in the kitchen and sound management experience
