- Production of sushi, sashimi and soups in front of our customers in the sushi island in the Coop supermarket
- Customer-oriented way of working including providing information about the general offer, including allergy labeling and daily specials
Main responsibilities
- Production of sushi, sashimi and soups in front of our customers in the sushi island in the Coop supermarket
- Customer-oriented way of working including providing information about the general offer, including allergy labeling and daily specials
- Team-oriented collaboration with the Zenbu team
- Shared responsibility for orders, goods acceptance, opening, closings and warehouse management
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards and carrying out cleaning work in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Ensuring a consistently high quality of food Requirements
- Professional experience as a cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
- Flexible willingness to work and a commitment to shift and weekend work (Sundays are generally free, except for Sunday sales)
- German language skills at B1 level, spoken and written, other languages are a plus
- Affinity for system catering and enjoy structured processes
