Role overview

You will build our Bidding & Proposal Office Institutions and thus directly influence the expansion of our institutional business.

In this key role, you will successfully manage complex public tenders, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that we are perceived as a clearly positioned, operationally strong, and reliable education partner.

Main responsibilities

  • Building and further developing the Bidding & Proposal Office Institutions
  • Coordination and management of public tenders and proposal processes
  • Development of bidding strategies as well as assessment of feasibility and profitability
  • Ensuring priorities, resource deployment, and quality standards
  • Coaching and sparring of teams for complex proposal dossiers
  • Establishment and continuous optimization of processes, tools, and best practices Requirements
  • Several years of experience: in public procurement, ideally in an educational or institutional environment
  • Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Experience in public procurement and complex tenders, experience with RFI and RFP processes is desirable
  • Business know-how (calculation, pricing, profitability)

Key requirements

  • Several years of experience in public procurement, ideally in an educational or institutional environment
  • Completed degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Experience in public procurement and complex tenders, RFI and RFP process knowledge desirable
  • Business know-how (calculation, pricing, profitability)
  • Good understanding of the Swiss institutional and educational landscape
  • Team orientation and ability to lead and coordinate in an interdisciplinary manner
  • Willingness to shape, resilience, and joy in building new structures
  • Resilient, active network in all parts of the country
