Our three office hours centres are the central service providers within surgery. In each of 25 examination rooms, patients are looked after by various surgical clinics and other outpatient areas. For the office hours we are looking for 1. 2026 or by agreement a dedicated and service-oriented person who will represent the department management. Together with our small, motivated team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your professional and human qualities in a diverse and interesting working environment. You can expect a careful introduction to all tasks and our various processes. Tasks

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the office hour centre in the team
• Reception and care of patients of the special and private consultation hours
• Recording and management of patient data and coordination of preliminary examinations
• Organisation, replenishment and ordering of medical materials and medicines
• Administrative support for patients and active participation in process optimization
• Active support of the department management in management tasks
• Introduction of new employees

Profile

• You have an education as a receptionist/receptionist or a similar professional background
• You have good IT application knowledge
• Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare
• A patient-oriented approach is a matter of course for you
• You are an organizational talent and keep an overview at all times
• You have a reliable and exact working method
• You have very good knowledge of German, other foreign language skills are an advantage
• It gives you pleasure to rotate in the three office hours centers
• You are an empathetic, committed and authentic personality who ideally already has leadership experience
