Role overview
Our three office hours are the central service providers within surgery.
In 25 examination rooms, patients are supervised by various surgical clinics and other outpatient areas.

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Speaking Hours Centre in the team
- Reception and care of patients with special and private telephone hours

Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Speaking Hours Centre in the team
- Reception and care of patients with special and private telephone hours
- Recording and administration of patient data and coordination of pre-examinations
- Organisation, replenishment and appointment of medical material and medicines
- Administrative support of patients and active participation in process optimisation
- Representation of department management (representation of department, representation during absences)
- You have a completed training as a merchant or as a receptionist/receptionist – ideally with experience in health care – or as a medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant A patient-oriented approach is of course for you
