Your main tasks

• As a group leader, you take over the personnel leadership of a team of 4 to 6 radiology specialists and promote the individual development of your employees through annual feedback discussions. You observe the goals according to the strategies and annual goals of the DPM and the Department of Neuroradiology
• You support the department management in professional and organizational management tasks, take on joint responsibility for personnel planning, the support of new employees and the promotion of team development
• You are actively involved in ensuring and developing image quality, implementing quality standards and participating in shared governance committees or specialist groups
• You will actively participate in projects and change processes in the highly specialized field of neuroradiology and contribute your expertise in innovation and optimization projects.
• You take on joint responsibility for the education, training and further education of subordinate employees and promote their professional development
• You promote cross-occupational internal and external cooperation as well as constructive communication
• You work actively in the routine and bring your expertise

Your profile

• Completed training as radiology specialist HF/FH, preferably with management experience
• Experience in neuroradiology is advantageous
• High motivation to continuously develop the department of neuroradiology in cooperation with the department management
• Strong organisational capacity and sense of responsibility
• Ability to communicate across all hierarchical levels
• Familiar in dealing with digital media, good knowledge of German in words and writing
