Role overview
Personnel and technical management of a multi-member team of procurement specialists
Independent implementation of complex procurement procedures in all types of procedures above and below the WTO threshold (WTO tenders, invitations and direct-to-consumer procedures) as well as advising the recipients
Preparation of tender documents, implementation of evaluations and management of price and contract negotiations
- Personnel and technical management of a multi-member team of procurement specialists

Company and context
- Participation in cross-organizational projects
- Business training (HF/FH) and several years of professional experience, preferably in public procurement
- High degree of independence, initiative, organizational and communication skills as well as strong qualities in personnel management
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures and processes, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Experience in dealing with procurement challenges in the IT sector
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as high standards of service and customer orientation
- Good active knowledge of two official languages, spoken and written, as well as passive knowledge of the third official language
