In the Department of Special Care and Therapies, we are looking for a competent leader for the Triemli location by appointment.

Tasks

• You accompany, promote and assess your employees in the area of their specialist, methodological, social and self-competence.
• You are mainly responsible for the organization of physiotherapeutic treatments in the intensive care units, the clinics for visceral surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, cardiac surgery, urology, gynecology and in the outpatient setting.
• You treat patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
• You ensure a continuous development of the treatment quality in your team.
• You coordinate and promote intra- and interdisciplinary cooperation and maintain a transparent exchange with our interface partners.
• You support the department head physiotherapy on a strategic and organizational level and actively work in projects and in the management team.

Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Physical therapist with several years of professional experience in the acute hospital, ideally leadership experience
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, initiative and openness to new ideas
• Pronounced service orientation, high quality and cost awareness as well as organizational ability
• Readiness for weekend and holiday services as well as cross-location assignments
