- You develop, maintain and optimize the group-wide AML/CFT framework, including the relevant guidelines, standards and processes.
- You will analyse regulatory developments in the field of AML/CTF in Switzerland and Europe and accompany their implementation within the Group.
Main responsibilities
- You develop, maintain and optimize the group-wide AML/CFT framework, including the relevant guidelines, standards and processes.
- You will analyse regulatory developments in the field of AML/CTF in Switzerland and Europe and accompany their implementation within the Group.
- You prepare group-wide money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessments and critically question local risk analyses.
- You support our local subsidiaries with your expertise in complex and risky cases.
- You monitor the design and effectiveness of the local AML/CTF frameworks and independently carry out controls (also on site).
- You will prepare reports, management updates and decision templates for committees, Group management and Board of Directors.
- You will work proactively into new topics and continuously expand your expertise through further training (e.g. participation in specialist conferences). Requirements
- Completed studies in law or economics with specialization in compliance, finance or risk management.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of AML/CFT, ideally in the banking, insurance or financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal requirements in Switzerland and the EU (GwG, GwV-FINMA, R SRO-SVV, EU AML guidelines/regulations) as well as the FATF requirements.
