In the Customer Operations department, we design the individual experiences of our customers in the event of a claim and claim. They are our focus and together with them we find the right solution. In this way, we ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.

What to expect

• Independent processing from invoices to debt collection to certificates of loss in your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance)
• Independent processing of debt collection cases in private pension provision
• Telephone contact with internal and external customers
• Processing of disbursements, transfers, depreciation and clarifications of special cases
• Interface function to the claims department, CRM, accounting and external bodies such as debt collection offices and courts
• Processing of claims collection cases
• Processing of debt collection individual life cases
• Coordination and cooperation with teams from private pension provision

What you bring to the table

• Excellent knowledge of French and German (mandatory), knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, inside sales or customer service – an advantage Experience in private pensions
• Reliable, resilient and open-minded personality
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
• Committed team player with a good dose of humor
• You are characterized by personal responsibility and decisiveness
