- Coordinate and facilitate periodic risk and control assessment activities with business stakeholders
- Maintain risk registers, control inventories, and related documentation
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and non-financial risks
- Track remediation actions and follow up on control deficiencies and audit findings
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- Support regulatory, compliance, and internal control initiatives as required Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Operational Risk, GRC, RCSA, or related areas within banking or financial services
- Good understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks

- We are looking for a GRC & RCSA Specialist to support the Bank's Governance, Risk & Compliance activities and contribute to the execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business units, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to identify and assess operational risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, maintain risk documentation, and support risk reporting activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with GRC platforms is an advantage Fluent in English
