We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to spearhead the design, customization, and optimization of our core financial accounting processes.

- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into SAP finance solution designs and specifications
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Finance Consultant.
Main responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into SAP finance solution designs and specifications
- Conduct process and gap analyses and recommend improvements
- Coordinate and support testing activities including defect resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants and project teams throughout project lifecycles Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and proven communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions into compelling storylines
- Strong understanding of key business processes related to accounting, data flows, interfaces and related configuration within SAP
- Proactive, collaborative and result-oriented mindset
Key requirements
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Finance Consultant.
- Experience in a banking environment is an advantage
- Platform: Good knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
- SAP Finance certification is considered an advantage
- Key Skills: Deep understanding of accounting principles, record-to-report (R2R) processes, and complex financial reporting
- Soft Skills: Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken), strong communication skills, high motivation and drive to get things done, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, high flexibility
